  It didn´t start very well. The company had made a mistake with the pick up date so the vehicle wasn´t there when I arrived. I had to wait for 3,5 hours in the industrial area, because they wanted me to pick the van up there instead of the airport. The van was good and as described, but after a short while I realized they hadn´t emptied the gray water tank. The filthy water come up from the drains of the shower while driving.

  Their contract has all rights but NO obligations for them, they have taken too long to return my deposit, and it's a pitty a holiday can turn in such pain and frustration. Really really weird people, they're not the option for you if you want to rent in Fuerteventura.

  But despite of the rough start my holiday was wonderful and it was really easy to reach the helpful staff on WhatsUp whenever I had questions. I was thankful for the possibilty to use WhatsUp on communication, since the staff didn´t speak English at all and my Spanish is quite poor. But it was manageable when all the conversation happened in writing.

  Para nosotros a sido una experiencia satisfactoria es genial salir de un sitio dar la vuelta a la isla y nunca volver a atrás dormir viendo el cielo estrellado y el mar .Por nuestra parte nos han atendido genial y a cualquier hora .Desde hace ya dos años nuestras vacaciones son con ellos y hoy por hoy los felicitó por estar en cualquier momento para cualquier duda .....

  Hemos podido recorrer la isla de Fuerteventura, sin horarios y en plena libertad y en contacto con la naturaleza. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera descubrir Fuerteventura que acuda a Autocaravanas Fuerteventura. Recibirás un trato amable y profesional. Muchas Gracias…repetiremos sin duda.

  WARNING!! Absolutely bad experience, they have the worst customer service I've ever seen. RV had no gas, no brakes, broken heating and wc, and not only didn't they acknowledge any of it, but they didn't compensate in any way. They are rude, jerks and really annoying. They really don't deserve people to rent from them, hope they will close down soon. We talked to 3 or 4 families who also rented RVs and they all had problems.

  Great! Airport check-in and out of the van in perfect conditions. Even forgot gopro cameras inside and they send them back to my home in France! Thanks, I definitely warmly recommend for your next trip in Canaries islands!!
