  Open from 9 am to 9 pm – sounds great with some small problem. If you need something out of the warehouse, f.e. garden furniture etc. where only one peace is displayed, you want get it at lunchtime because the warehouse closes for the traditional siesta. When that is, nobody really knows for sure. I got several times different answers. And, if they find just one left peace of the desired in the computer they first have to call the warehouse, thats next street in the south, if the item is really physically on store – interesting.

  If you need anything for home, garden etc. thats the place in Fuerteventura! You will find everything in good quality with the best prices I personally discovered on the island. You will find qualified staff to to help you if needed.

  I hade wiped it clean and rinsed off the cannister before I brought it in, and it appears clean apart from normal wear and tear. Is this a typical Spanish trick to piss off people and give them a run around hoping that they won't come back and claim repair or exchange under the warranty? Nobody is going to tell me that they will repair and sell the machine to another customer! It will go in the trash, for sure. I have bought for thousands of Euros in building materials, appliances, paint etc. at Ideal and their so called affiliates, but this takes the cake! No more mr nice guy Ideal, Bricolaje, Electron or Cash and carry! There are better serious, alternatives out there!

  I brought my Ufesa coffeemachine, still under warranty, back to Ideal in Corralejo this morning. It has a defective on off electric switch. At first they seemed very annoyed that someone would dear to bring back a used item, but the manager was called in and he examined the machine in the back. He came back and confirmed that there was a faulty switch, and that he would exchange it, but I had to take the machine home and clean it first??
