  Little well organized airport with mostly friendly staff. People keep in the middle the process here 2 time bigger  than in the shops outside. If you would like to bring any presents   better to buy them in the ship outside of the airport. Airport staff should be more polite, main difficulties is lack of English language knowledge.

  I cannot fault the special assistance process received for my partner. On arrival, an attendant took us directly to the car hire desk, waited, then took us to the actual hire car. On our return, the wheelchair was made available immediately, giving us the freedom to visit the shops and restaurants while we waited for the flight, rather than leave us at the departure gate, which happens at some airports. At departure time, we were collected from a central point and taken straight onto the plane, ahead of the long queue. Some people have criticized the security staff, however, we experienced no problems at all, just courtesy and efficiency. I should mention that you can avoid paying the very high price for bottled water by filling up empty bottles at the free water dispensers, located near the toilets

  Seriously consider flying to other airports of Canary Islands (had no bad experience in TFS, for example). Could be an awesome new build small airport with great facilities and good choice of meals in the food zone, however, they have thieves working in their security team. Both of our passports (I'm travelling with my little one on my own), my phone and baby bib were stolen from the security basket while I was taken away from the security line for a mysterious skin patch check. I travelled just after a terrorist attack on the plane 10 years ago and no one checked skin (!) at the security even in the time of such a major tragedy! When I came back, I prompted about missing passports and my phone. In a few moments my valuables got found in the security box but baby bib couldn't be retrieved!!! We were travelling to Birmingham on December 11th, when temperature was expected to fall below the zero. How did they think my baby would feel in his wet bib for hours? Also no help with little ones at all, and this was the first airport to have this issue. I had to put my baby in a dusty basket on the lane when I had to check my bag in case other documents or valuables disappeared. Police officer did not come either. I, honestly, will not travel to Spain anymore as there's no respect for British people who significantly invest in the Spanish economy and spend money as tourists. Portuguese and Thai are much more respectful and caring than Spaniards. Airport certainly is the place were at least one international language to be spoken (English or French). Airport is not the place to employ thieves.

  Decent airport. Well organized. The restaurants are very pricey though and the WiFi is absolutely horrendous, intercepting every Https connection, I would recommend against using it especially with sensitive data (eg. Online banking).

  Nice airport.All the shops you can wish for and imagine.Beer garden and smoking area. Prices are double from what you would pay for outside. For example bottle of water 3,20 in the bar. Shops and restaurants, aloe vera shop.They even have a correros post box. What is not nice rude screening staff at the airport. I felt like being in prison. All the rest is fine.
